Since 1957, this iconic dry white wine has been crafted from three notable grape varieties: Mauzac, Loin de l'œil, and Sauvignon Blanc. Our winemakers ensure top quality by managing the vinification process with great care.
The juices undergo cold settling and fermentation at low temperatures, then age on their fine lees until bottling. This careful approach preserves the natural effervescence, giving the wine its lively and unique character.
